Japanese for ‘Chit Chat’, PechaKucha Nights have become a global phenomenon in storytelling. An evening that has inspired creators the world over with its unique presentation style - we’re proud to finally bring PechaKucha Nights to Goa. This entire event rests on a simple 20x20 presentation format. A highly curated set of speakers will each show 20 images, for 20 seconds each. The idea is simple - tell your story within 20 pictures.
Our speakers for the day are;
Sapna Shahani; From social media change to entrepreneurship and TV production to Public Relations, Sapna has zig-zagged continents to get to where she is now, founder of Blurb, a creative agency based in Goa.
Phillu Martins; After assisting Wendell Rodericks, Phillu successfully launched her own fashion label 'Phillu Martins' in Goa attracting buyers in India & abroad.
Buland Shukla; Cofounder of gypsy jazz band The Banjara Quartet' this architect by profession as recently opened up Audiophile Goa, a place for vinyl record enthusiasts.
Zhen Paintal; She's the multi-talented co-founder of Inspire Crew, a platform for women in extreme sports in India, she also juggles a full-time job with 91springboard in Goa.
Rumana Roowala; She quit her 15-year long corporate training job to open up Goa's first and only Bohri food experience called THAAL.
Pallav Oza; He's the founder and CEO of India Beach Fashion Week and his latest venture is COMO-Designers Collective, a first of its kind trendsetting designer wear store for the fashion conscious affluent crowd.
Samar Farooqui; Regarded a pioneer for slacklining in India, he is an adventure sports professional who's also sought after by major corporations for his experimental skills.
